RTT® gives a permanent and fast transformation in as few as one to three sessions.

How RTT® Works
RTT® uses elements of hypnosis such as a trance like state -which is another way of saying a lovely deep state of relaxation
I then take you through a few gentile regressions to enable access to the memories or the root cause of your issue/problem/phobia/addiction etc.
During this we will discuss any beliefs formed in that moment and how they run your life before we remove them and let them go.
Then we recondition your thought process or behaviours by transforming your limiting beliefs to positive ones.
RTT® Teaches you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, helping you to address any issues that may be causing unwanted behaviours, reactions or whatever is holding you back.
RTT® is found to help boost confidence and performance in sports, performing arts, and within careers, as well achieving an overall improved sense of well being.
RTT® Also uses Command Cell Therapy, a technique that can help heal your body. Together this allows past or underlying traumas to be addressed in a way that can help you to effectively overcome these issues.
