Absolutely not. Hypnosis in RTT is simply a deeply relaxed state — like that lovely floaty feeling just before you fall asleep. You are completely aware, in control, and can come out at any time. You'll remember everything. There's nothing to be afraid of! My clients really love it and the time really flies by so much so that my clients like to stay in the feeling even after have finished. They say it feel ‘like bliss’. ♡

Pretty much almost everyone can reach a state of hypnotic relaxation — it's a completely natural state your brain enters regularly. The key is being open and willing. If you can follow simple instructions and let yourself relax, RTT will work for you. I have even successfully hypnotised clients who kept their eyes open and even one who kept stopping for regular breaks. As long as you are comfortable is what matters.

We begin with a conversation about what you want to change and what's been getting in the way. Then I guide you into a relaxed, hypnotic state where we explore the root cause of your beliefs or patterns. Together we reframe those old stories, and I create a personalised transformation recording for you to listen to afterwards. Sessions typically last up to 3 hours. It may seem like a long time but my clients say it feels like 5 minutes.

Yes. Every full RTT session comes with three follow-up integration sessions (45 minutes each) — and here's why that matters.
After a full RTT session, your mind becomes far more receptive and responsive. The subconscious has been opened up, old beliefs have been challenged, and emotions that have been buried for years can begin to surface. These integration sessions are where we meet all of that together.
In each follow-up, we check in on what's shifted, work through any emotions that have come up since your session, and continue to deepen the transformation that's already underway.
What I've found, time and time again, is that by the third follow-up session something truly significant happens. A major breakthrough. A release. The negative thought patterns that have been running your life start to loosen their grip — and the emotions that were trapped alongside them finally find their way out.
This isn't just therapy. It's a complete process of transformation, held and supported every step of the way.

After your session, you'll receive a personalised audio recording created specifically for you during our session. Listening to it daily for 21 days helps your subconscious mind fully embed the new beliefs we've created together. Rebuilding your new neural pathways. This is where the magic really sticks — please don't skip it ;)

Just come with an open mind and a clear intention for what you'd like to work on. Try to avoid alcohol the day before and make sure you're somewhere comfortable and won't be disturbed for the duration of the session. That's it!

Sessions are available both online via Zoom and in person. Online sessions are just as powerful and effective — many clients actually prefer the comfort of being in their own home.

Yes, everyting regarding weight or eating issues is an emotional issue and can be easily resolved. It’s one of my favourites to work on :)

Yes. The mind and body are deeply connected, and RTT supports a wide range of conditions influenced by stress, anxiety, or subconscious beliefs — including IBS, skin conditions, chronic pain, and more. RTT is a complementary therapy and should be used alongside, not instead of, medical treatment.
