RTT Hypnotherapy Session
Change your life and let go of what's holding you back!
Each session includes:
Free Strategy Call - Call to discuss area/s of concern, with initial coaching to get you started on the path to a better you! (approximately 30 minutes-virtually)
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (Hypnotherapy session) - This is where we will have a conversation with the subconscious mind to find out where the root of the problem is, and work with the subconscious mind to change old beliefs (2 -3 hours)
Personalized Transformational recording - you listen to this powerful recording for at least the next 21 days to install your new wonderful beliefs (approx. 15-20min)
Check in's - follow ups around day 2 and day 7 to discuss changes and answer any questions (I'm with you all the way!). You can also get in touch when you need if you need extra support at no extra charge - I am here for you.
Follow up & Coaching session - At 21 days, we talk about your transformation and move into steps for the future (30 min - virtually)
